Services
GENE DESIGN AND SYNTHESIS
We provide comprehensive gene design and synthesis services tailored to the sequence of your protein of interest. Our service includes codon optimization specific to your chosen expression host. If needed, we incorporate restriction sites to facilitate subsequent DNA manipulation and add regulatory sequences to enhance expression and/or simplify detection and purification (e.g., Kozak sequence, WPRE, or tags). Additionally, we can clone your gene of interest into a wide variety of expression vectors.
The cost of this service varies based on factors such as gene size, sequence complexity (repeated sequences may incur higher costs), and whether cloning into an expression vector is required. Our specialists will provide a detailed price quote after reviewing your project specifications.
POLYCLONAL ANTIBODY GENERATION
Our polyclonal antibody generation service produces high-quality antibodies using chickens, sheep, rabbits, and goats. For antibodies generated in chickens or rabbits, clients must provide at least 2 mg of the protein of interest. For goats or sheep, a minimum of 5 mg is required.
We guarantee high-quality antibody production tailored to your specific needs. The antibodies are delivered as purified total immunoglobulins in a stabilizing solution.
The cost of the service varies depending on the species used, the homology of the target protein with its analog in the immunized species, the volumes required by the client, and whether the antibody needs to be labeled with an enzyme or fluorophore. Our specialists will provide a detailed price quote after reviewing your project specifications.
GENERATION OF SPECIFIC NANOBODIES
Our company provides a service for the generation of nanobodies against specific proteins. The nanobodies are obtained by screening a phage library generated by our team. This library, generated in 2020[1], has modifications in its structure that facilitate the production of high-affinity nanobodies. The process for obtaining nanobodies has been optimized to obtain the molecules of interest after a single round of screening[2].
The service includes the delivery of the sequences of at least 10 different nanobodies specific to the molecule of interest. However, depending on the size of the target molecule and the number of relevant epitopes it contains, a larger number of sequences can be obtained and delivered to the customer at no additional cost.
It is important to note that our service only includes the delivery of nanobodies sequences with the capacity to bind to the target molecule. The service DOES NOT INCLUDE additional assays related to the activity of these nanobodies (e.g., neutralization, blocking, activation). To carry out the selection of nanobodies, the customer is expected to provide at least 1 mg of the protein of interest. At the end of the service, the customer receives tubes containing at least 10^13 phagemids of each lyophilized nanobody. The customer also receives a file with the sequence of each nanobody and its signal level in an ELISA assay against the target protein.
The cost of the service starts at USD 5,500. However, the final price can vary if the customer requests recombinant production of the nanobodies or additional functionality tests (e.g., neutralization, blocking, activation).

STUDIES IN ANIMAL MODELS
Our company conducts comprehensive trials in various animal species, including pigs, sheep, goats, and chickens. These trials are designed to rigorously evaluate safety, immune response, probiotic response, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic profiles of your products.
Safety Studies: We perform detailed assessments to ensure that the products are safe for use. This includes histological evaluations of tissue integrity and monitoring for any adverse effects on the animals.
Immune Response: Our studies include in-depth analysis of immune responses, such as measuring levels of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines. We evaluate how the product influences the immune system over the course of the treatment.
Probiotic Response: For probiotic products, we assess their efficacy by evaluating their ability to adhere to intestinal cells, form biofilms, and inhibit pathogenic bacteria. We also measure the impact on gut microbiota composition and overall gut health.
Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic Studies: We conduct thorough pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies to understand the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) of the product. This helps in determining the appropriate dosing regimen and predicting the therapeutic outcomes.
By leveraging our extensive expertise and advanced facilities, we deliver high-quality, reliable data to support your research and development efforts. The cost of our animal model studies varies based on the complexity and duration of the trials. Our specialists will provide a detailed price quote after reviewing your project specifications.
RECOMBINANT PROTEIN EXPRESSION
Our company offers comprehensive recombinant protein expression services in bacteria and yeast (Pichia pastoris). We provide tailored solutions to meet your specific protein production needs.
Bacterial Expression:
E. coli is an efficient and cost-effective production system suitable for obtaining high yields of recombinant proteins. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, the gene of interest will be expressed under the control of the T7 promoter, using the E. coli strain BL21(DE3) or SHuffle strain T7. Our service includes cloning the gene of interest, implementing an upstream production process, executing the purification process, and delivering the desired amounts of the molecule of interest.
Prices can vary depending on several factors: whether the protein is expressed in soluble form, if the protein has a tag that facilitates its purification (e.g., HisTag), if a refolding process is required, and the quantities of protein needed.
Yeast Expression:
Pichia pastoris is ideal for producing high levels of recombinant proteins with eukaryotic post-translational modifications. Unless otherwise requested by the client, the gene of interest will be cloned and expressed from an inducible AOX1 promoter. The Pichia pastoris MP36 strain, which lacks the His3 gene, will be used for expression, facilitating the selection of genetically modified clones by auxotrophy.
The service includes gene cloning, codon optimization, expression optimization, fermentation, and purification. Prices vary depending on whether the protein has a tag that facilitates purification and the quantities of protein needed.
CONSTRUCTION AND PRODUCTION OF ADENOVIRAL VECTORS
Adenoviral vectors are versatile tools with many applications. They are used in gene therapy to treat genetic disorders and in vaccine development to stimulate immune responses. In cancer treatment, they target and kill cancer cells or enhance their susceptibility to treatments. Additionally, they are vital for studying gene function and regulation, promoting tissue repair in regenerative medicine, and producing recombinant proteins in transduced cells.
Our company offers a service for the generation and production of high-quality adenoviral vectors. Unlock the potential of your research with vectors derived from human adenovirus serotype 5, designed to be replication-incompetent and devoid of the early genes E1 and E3, ensuring maximum safety and efficiency for your applications.
Our comprehensive service includes:
- Cloning of your gene of interest
- Generation and amplification of the adenoviral vector
- Delivery of at least 10^12 purified infectious particles purified by cesium chloride gradient.
The cost of the service starts at 6000 USD, for genes between 200 and 1000 base pairs. However, the final price may vary if the gene is larger, or if higher titers of the viral vector are required.
